Designed by British architect Sir Nicholas Grimshaw who won the design competition run by the Berlin Chamber of Commerce for generating the best design for this prestigious building.
Stainless steel cast foot for the Ludwig Erhard Haus, assembled and in position, consisting of two cast cladding pieces and one foot piece. The castings were surface ground, grit blasted and then acid pickled in order to achieve a uniform and visually pleasing surface finish, free from rust contamination.
Stratford Regional Station is on the Jubilee Line Extension linking central London with the Docklands and Greenwich. The Jubilee line will serve the Olympic Park for the 2012 Olympic games to be held in London. Goodwin supplied the castings which support the station roof.
The building's curved roof springs from the upper-level walkway, parallel with the main railway lines and sweeps up to a high glazed wall. Each curved roof arch is supported by a 5,500Kg base casting manufactured by Goodwin. All castings were dressed and conditioned to provide a uniform and visually pleasing surface finish. The castings served both a structural and architectural function.

Wembley Stadium, London, England. Goodwin supplied 30 tonnes of cast nodes in a high tensile strength carbon steel for the new Wembley Stadium.
Goodwin was selected to provide the castings for the Paddington Station Masterplan extension. Due to the scale of the new roof, the use of duplex stainless steel castings to articulate key structural junctions was an economic and visually attractive solution, in which a series of duplex stainless steel nodes for the roof were developed and produced by Goodwin.
A combination of stainless steel and glass was a natural choice for the station's extension. Goodwin high strength cast stainless steel spiders is a modern upgrade in empathy with the original innovation shown by the victorian engineers of the time.
Goodwin produced and machined the metal structure for this project and were closely involved in the design work and architectural features incorporated within the support columns.

26off cast and fabricated structural columns, supports and nodes were manufactured for the scenic lifts on the Triton Square building, London. Each column is architecturally appealing as well as critiacl to the support of the structure.
